Suzie Cheel has launched her Buy My Apartment blog, to attract buyers of an apartment in Sydney’s Arncliffe. (Ed: the Buy My Apartment blog has now been taken down, having fulfilled its purpose). I have an interest in this project, first because I’m the co-owner of the apartment and second because I want to test the theory about how effective blogs can be with search engines and generally in selling something.
The apartment is a spacious three bedroom property in the Proximity A building, with great views and two secure, undercover car spaces, and is very well positioned in a dramatically growing area. Arncliffe, and especially the Wolli Creek area where Proximity is located, was formerly a bit of a Sydney backwater, but is now undergoing a major transformation, especially in terms of transport and access to the city and, via the nearby international airport, to the world (but without any problem with aircraft noise – we checked)!
This is a fantastic location, 200 metres from Wolli Creek railway interchange station, is 12 minutes from the city, has direct access, 2 minutes from the new M5 Freeway, 2 kilometres from Sydney Airport.
And it’s a good price!
