		<description>Thank you so much Des.  You are a gem.  I do hope to spread the word that organizing is a skill, and not a one size fits all system.  And most importantly, not a guilt laden process!  If your space is working and you can find most anything you need, hey, you&#039;re golden.  Tidiness and neatness are great, but a neat desk is not necessarily an organized one.  (A lot of those desks have chaos on the inside of the drawers.)
