Good idea not to get overwhelmed. From looking at your blog and thinking about what you do, I’m thinking a Facebook fan page would be a logical move. And see the link provided by Ari in the comment above for ways to make your fan page more interesting – e.g. being able to show your videos there.
You might also think about checking out the very active Social Media Club in Austin – great folks – e.g. the very savvy very delightful Connie Reece – http://everydotconnects.com/ say hi from me – running that and I am sure they would make you very welcome. Looks like their next meetup is on the evening of the third Thursday in August.

Someone last week mentioned picking one social media site and working it to the max, so I’m thinking maybe Stumble Upon. (how I foud you!) Or Twitter. For me I think I have to go with one main one, or risk feeling overwhelmed and end up nuts. Well, even more nuts that I currently am. :) And I’m not sure if FB offers what I want, which is more blog traffic — preferably folks that actually return to my site!

Oh, and what a cooincidence about Kim Woodbridge mentioned in the first comment! She is my WordPress go-to gal. She is WONDERFUL. Wow, small blogging world, eh?

Yes, it’s a good writeup and I can see it’s worth spending some time on some of those adjustments.
