More Blogger Appreciation

by Suzie Cheel on April 14, 2008

This seems very timely that I show appreciation to Des on this day.

When Des started blogging almost five years ago I wondered what all the hype was about.

Although I was net savvy, I didn’t get blogging. Wherever we went I would find Des passionately talking about blogging and I would just tune out. I could now ask myself why? But that was then and this is now. I now am a passionate blogger and so excited about writing here and taking The Abundance Highway to new heights.

Des said, yesterday when I told him I had a great new blog idea:

What have I unleashed, this is 5am Sunday morning and Suzie is talking about blog ideas and a post!

You got to love it

I have made a special present for Des in appreciation.

I am the first to love you, Suzie. :)

I am so used to that the only voice of this blog is Des’s that when the first two paragraphs of this post were digested, it felt like he went nuts speaking of himself in a third person. (Sorry, I truly respect your age Des but these are the best words to reflect my surprise.)

It’s great to see that everyone does great and there’s a convincing explanation. :) If it’s interesting, this kind of confusion wouldn’t be possible in Russian, since almost all verbs have the gender suffixes and it’s immediately obvious what’s going on.

I maybe not in position to say that, but welcome Suzie! It’s great that you’ve joined us.

Thanks Aleksey,

I hope you will enjoy what I have to share. You missed the post where Des explained why I think.

I am so happy to join you, looks like I have a new community
