There&#039;s still a long way to go. In the public service I was once told that those higher up were bothered that I had &quot;too many women&quot; in my department. Why was that a problem? I asked but of course got no answer. That kind of backroom scheming got my goat - and they eventually got me, but that&#039;s a story for another day. :)
I encourage anyone who doesn&#039;t get that there&#039;s still a long way to go to watch some of the vids I&#039;ve linked to in the post.
Yes, we men are as you say part of the solution as well as part of the problem.</description>

If men are part of the problem then they are also part of the solution. There are some wonderful and non violent men around. I am proud to know some.</description>
