    There’s still a long way to go. In the public service I was once told that those higher up were bothered that I had “too many women” in my department. Why was that a problem? I asked but of course got no answer. That kind of backroom scheming got my goat – and they eventually got me, but that’s a story for another day. 🙂
    I encourage anyone who doesn’t get that there’s still a long way to go to watch some of the vids I’ve linked to in the post.
    Yes, we men are as you say part of the solution as well as part of the problem.

    If men are part of the problem then they are also part of the solution. There are some wonderful and non violent men around. I am proud to know some.
