A press release went out PRWeb on February 14, St Valentine’s day, for the book Happy About LinkedIn for Recruiting, the book I’ve recently co-authored with recruiting industry veteran Bill Vick. The book shows, with many “stories from the field”, how recruiters use LinkedIn for improved candidate sourcing, business development and marketing.
I don’t know how many people saw this as an ideal Valentine’s Day gift, but who knows, a book to help a recruiter build his or her business might be just the way to that person’s heart!

I’ll be interested to see what effect the PRWeb release has on sales. I’ve done their free webinar on how it all works and how brilliant it is, but of course the proof of the pudding is in the eating.
