Anyway, living in a glass house doesn&#039;t mean you can&#039;t throw stones at a glass business. {:^b

A business must be held to a higher standard than an individual. The business is deriving income from their actions (or they won&#039;t last long) and should be protecting that source of revenue. Their lack of proper precautions means they put the livelihood of all employees and the investment of all shareholders at risk.

If the individual loses time (or even income), they are the only ones hurt.
