How to Catch Up Fast With Your Blogging

I’m mildly embarrassed to see that, after commenting only a few days ago about the virtues of posting daily or almost daily, I let four days go by without posting! No real excuse, just lack of being systematic.

So today I’m catching up. Is that difficult? No, firstly because in doing some research I’ve found a couple of items which I felt deserved a wider readership, so I’ve posted them today – see below. Secondly because I have a folder on my desk where I jot down blog post ideas as they come. I’ve got a growing list of topics to tide me over any ‘writer’s block’.

Having a folder, or a spike or a box or some way of keeping your ideas handy, is a good way, in my view, for new bloggers to get over the angst of ‘but what will I write about?’
